This Week

Just wanted to give people a quick rundown of the weeks events

Yesterday:
First Knitting Group For Guys gathering in Harvard Square. Got to talk video games over knitting.

Today:
Finished Knitting Rules and am putting together some notes

Thursday:
porter square map

1. Mind’s Eye Yarns
2. Porter Square Bookshop
3. Masonic Hall (seems like a Tetris dungeon name, I know)
Going to hear the Yarn Harlot at Porter Square Books. Above is a map I made showing you how to get from the book store to the Masonic hall. I don’t know how accurate it is… close enough.

Friday:
Date night, perhaps I will invite my pumkin

Saturday:
Gore place sheep shearing festival I know there is a cover charge, but I have been told that it is worth it. I hear the fleece and fiber calling.

Sunday:
A new episode

I would LOVE to be able to talk video games over knitting! Sometimes my gaming takes away time from knitting… and sometimes I just knit through the movie scenes…

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
