Knitting Super Friends

Knitting Friends powers combined
From Left to Right
Grumperina (Design Power), Yarn Harlot (Blog Power), 2Skiens (PodCast Power)

I went to the Yarn Harlot’s book signing today. I was so happy to hear her speak. She is one tough cookie.

Hope I didn’t make an ass of myself. Probably did.
Anyhow I will be podcasting about the Yarn Harlot and her new book this weekend. Be sure to tune in.

Also, yes I have a face and body. I will try and limit future pictures to knitting projects and people in Boston, other than me. I know that I have a face for radio. Check out that silly smile.

i am SO jealous that you got to go to this event! harlot came to pittsburgh which is 2.5 hours away, and i was supposed to go, but the weather decided to go postal that afternoon. i keep hoping she will come to cleveland or columbus, so i can hear her speak.

i’m glad you put your picture up (you look fine!); i have a young friend, mason, who is interested in participating in your young guy knitter project, but was hestitant about dealing with a stranger. now he can look at you online and see he is dealing with an actual person.
hey, kids can be that way!

For those of you following the Harlot’s website,

that thing, the thing I didn’t want photographed with me because it was so… uhm… pointy…

Was a limb, i think an arm, for my monkey. But all on it’s own it looks like -insert adjective here-.

If you would like to see it’s siblings check out the pictures post I put up from last week.

Thanks for posting a pic! It’s a pleasure to put a face with the voice, finally. Good luck with the monkey, and have fun on Date Night with your punkin.

Good weekend and have fun at the fiberfest! (I’m having a tingle in my covet bone – I so want to learn to spin!!)

Hahahaha and it’s great to be able to put a face to that voice! Nice seeing you virtually!

I still have to catch up with all the podcasts (including yours) from the past week and a half, I’ve been so busy! I promise that when things settle down, I’ll send you an audio commentary!

Jealous you got to meet the Harlot and thanks for explaining what was in your hand. We were all very curious. Great music on your podcast! I usually fast forward through other Podcast’s music but yours I listen to.

    Hi,

I think while you look a bit starstruck (who wouldn’t with the Harlot and Grumperia), I do not think you look silly.

I’m so jealous! Fate conspired against my seeing the Harlot at WEBS in Northampton – what a bummer, eh? But it’s nice to see a face I can put with the great for radio voice! BTW – I KNEW it had to be a monkey limb LOL

Please keep on podcasting. I enjoy you so much.

I have to say, that I could not agree with you in 100% regarding Knitting Super Friends, but it’s just my opinion, which could be wrong :)
