A New Arrival

D and her family have had a new arrival. Seeing as she is part of my immidiate knitting family I wanted to share the joyful news… Hoora…

Now I have to figure out what to make LL. Oh good, baby knitting.

ooohhh… I should so make baby suprise with Noro…

I wonder when knitters kids are introduced to the world if the knitters friends work together to make sure that they don’t make too many of the same thing. Oh well… this kid is going to have more sweaters and hats then she is going to be able to handle.

in my big italian family we used to all get togther to make sure we weren’t repeating baby projects too much! i do it informally with my friends now, too

She’s soooo cute, too! I’m really happy for them.
I can relate to you wanting to knit something for her with the incredible Noro, but if you do, make sure it’s something she doesn’t have to wear right on her skin because it’s quite scratchy. Merino or cotton really are better suitable for babies’ sensitive skin. Unfortunately, those ususally don’t come in those amazing colorways:-(
