  1. Congradulations and raise a glass of bubbly to my favorite podcaster! I look forward to another year. Safe travels to NYC. Just remember when the poll demographics show your listeners to be 40-50 and above. Forty is the new thirty and we are the “in the know, savvy used to be hip class”. Don’t forget the music!

  2. HAPPY 1st POD-IVERSARY!!! Whoohoo!!!!

    The Guild I referenced to was “The Happily Hooked on Crocheting Club, Connecticut Chapter of the Crochet Guild of America.” The Connecticut Sheep & Wool Festival info can be found here: http://www.ctsheep.org I’m not sure which barn we’ll be in, but look for the purple T-shirts! It would be awesome if you could make it! (Don’t forget to wear your crocheted scarf!) {{VBG}}

Hey, how are you getting to Stamford? On Friday perhaps I can introduce you to a “new to you” yarn shop in Bethel??? Email me & we’ll work out the details :D

Have fun in NYC; I’ll be with you in spirit!
    ~Dee

  3. Congratulations on a year of great podcasting! I’m looking forward to listening for another enjoyable and entertaining year!

I will be recording the Today Show on Thursday to watch for you guys. I have a suggestion that might help you get on camera — stand next to Lenny! He’s there every day, always standing behind a banner for a law firm, and they always show him on camera.

  4. Hi Purlman,
I will be keeping an eye on the Today show Thurs. Have a wonderful time in NYC.
It’s great that you have Webs to sponsor your sign – but if the sign itself has advertising on it – they may not film it for tv . Just something to consider. Keep on knitting!!!

  5. I’m YOUR FAVORITE?! :) Cool song {vbg}…realized I was knitting along faster than I might normally – keeping up with the beat! I found you thru Subway Knitter interview. Have been experimenting with knitting podcasts – new to me and took a while to figure out what to download (Q) in order to hear them. Will watch Today show and cheer you on from here in Maine. Hope the weather is nice!

  6. Have fun in NYC – wish I could come up for the festivites. Thanks for a year of great podcasts! I always enjoy listening to them. Love the interviews and the guests. Glad to hear you’re going to continue. From your favorite listener, Deborah

  7. Happy (belated) Podcast Anniversary! I’ve been listening to the show almost from the start and I always look forward to new episodes! Best wishes for lots of shows to come!

  8. Congrats on your podiversary!! :) Hope there are many more to come. Good luck with the Today show. I’m still debating if I can get myself up and out early enough to join you, but if not I hope to run into you at some point during the day.

  9. Congrats on a year. I just found you a few weeks ago – new to listening to podcasts but I’m totally hooked. I tivoed the Today show. I’ll be shocked if ya’ll don’t get on. Thanks for representing for all of us – if I was closer (live in Dallas)I’d be there. I am afraid there won’t be one skein of yarn left in all of NYC……

  10. Happy 1 year, Guido!

I just found your podcast not that long ago (where have I been, right?) and have been getting caught up. I especially like it because you talk local people and discuss Boston stuff.

Anyway, keep up the good work! I do have an idea for keeping online track of your knits if you are interested…

  11. Congratulations on an amazing year!
Your podcast always brightens up my day and not surprisingly, this one even more so.
I know I know you like all of your devoted listeners the same , you have no favorites, yadda yadda….
You know I’m your favorite and I know and that is what’s important!!!
    Keep up the great podcasts!!!!!

  12. Happy podiversary! I’m a new listener, and I’m really enjoying your podcasts. I just got turned on to podcasts, and am checking out quite a few to see which ones I like – you’re a keeper!
